Digital products (like premium original stories, audio tales, audiobooks, and paid eBooks) are delivered immediately.

• After your payment is successful at checkout via Razorpay, you will instantly get access to your digital purchases directly within your Qalamekahani account dashboard.
• Because there is no physical box sent to a mailing address, you do not pay any shipping fees on purely digital items.
• An email confirmation containing the product access link will be dispatched right away to your registered email ID.

For items that require physical delivery, Qalamekahani partners with highly reliable courier services across India.

• Processing Time: Standard physical orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays) from the time your order is placed.
• Delivery Timelines: Typical timeframes for standard ground shipping differ depending on the pincode. Metro cities generally take 3-5 days; remote areas might take longer. Overall delivery timeframe spans between 5-10 days depending on the pin code.
• Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping fees will explicitly be shown to you before proceeding to the payment gateway. We may offer free shipping if the order surpasses a specific cart threshold.

Once a physical product order is successfully shipped, we will notify you through email using the tracking link and Airway Bill number provided by the delivery partner.
