1. Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible, which implies a very flexible cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within explicitly defined timeframes. However, cancellation is not possible if the order has been communicated to the shipping partners and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • For digital products (such as eBooks, Audio stories, Premium Memberships), cancellation is generally not possible once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or activated on your account.
  • If you encounter an issue that feels like an exception, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our refund policy under the following circumstances:

  • Physical Goods (Books): Refunds are processed only if the product received is completely broken, damaged, or not as described on the website. You must provide pictorial evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the package to our customer service email.
  • Digital Products (Audio/eBooks): Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. We offer refunds on digital products ONLY if the technical delivery failed and the issue is unresolvable by our technical team, or the content provided significantly deviates from its description.
  • Refund Process: In case your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Account via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
