When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our refund policy under the following
circumstances:
- Physical Goods (Books): Refunds are processed only if the product received is
completely broken, damaged, or not as described on the website. You must provide pictorial
evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the package to our customer service
email.
- Digital Products (Audio/eBooks): Due to the non-returnable nature of digital
products, all sales are considered final. We offer refunds on digital products ONLY if the
technical delivery failed and the issue is unresolvable by our technical team, or the content
provided significantly deviates from its description.
- Refund Process: In case your refund request is approved, the refund will be
processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank
Account via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
